SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. If you have expedited shipping needs, send an e-mail to info@iLoveACIM.com
The order will be shipped for delivery within 2-3 days of processing. If items are backordered, the full amount of shipping is charged with the first invoice and backorders do not carry additional shipping charges. We do not send COD. International orders will be automatically charged the domestic standard rate at the time of the order, then following processing, the additional international fees will be charged to the customer’s credit card based on country shipped and actual SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A $20 restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Information you provide to us: When you place an order with us, we receive and store your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and credit card information in order to fulfill your order. Though it is not required that you create an account with us to place an order, if you chose to do so, we will save a password that you select with your records so that you can have access to special services and can have a speedier checkout in the future.
Note: If you do not specifically type personal information into text fields and submit the information on our website, there is no method for us to gather personal information.
Information gathered automatically: Like many websites, our site uses cookies which are tiny text files used to store information about our visitors such as preferences including whether you want our site to recognize you when you visit us again. These cookie files are harmless and in no way impact the operation of your computer. If you create an account with us during checkout, we will request your credit card information, but it is not stored with your account information. It is only used to process your order. In addition, we will use your email address to send you a confirmation that your order has been received and a notification when the order is shipped.
To send you our opt-in newsletter: We offer an email newsletter which features exclusive offers and "first looks" for those of you that ask for it. These emails are sent only to those customers who have chosen to receive them (opted-in). If you have subscribed and no longer wish to receive our email newsletter, you may unsubscribe by sending an email to info@iLoveACIM.com . Logging into our website, or completing a purchase does not obligate you in any way to receive this newsletter.
To send you information regarding new services or special promotional programs: On rare occasions, we may contact you regarding new services or special promotional programs that we believe would benefit you.
